This is Not the Hedgehog You Seek

I am a big fan of the book Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap... and Others Don't. I have talked to lots of folks about the hedgehog strategy that is one of the key concepts in the book. I ran across this video and thought - this is not the strategy you seek. If this is you after attempting to implement the hedgehog strategy you have done it wrong.
